WHAT IS IT?
Super Mijuko is a non-surgical nose enhancement treatment that does not require incisions.
It uses KFDA-approved medical-grade PDO threads to help improve the nasal tip and bridge line.
Mijuko threads are inserted along the columella and nasal tip to create a supportive structure,
helping enhance the nasal line and refine the angle of the nasal tip more safely.

Because absorbable threads that are harmless to the body are used, they gradually dissolve within 6-12 months.
However, up to nearly 50% of the collagen generated during the treatment may remain semi-permanently,
helping maintain a natural-looking nasal bridge line over time.

  • Q. What is the difference between nose filler and Super Mijuko?
    Toxnfill Super Mijuko uses biocompatible absorbable threads to improve the nasal bridge and tip, making it different from conventional nose filler, which mainly adds volume to the bridge line with filler alone. Super Mijuko helps define not only the nasal bridge but also the nasal tip. Because the absorbable threads provide structural support for the filler, it can be especially effective for refining the overall nose shape. As the threads gradually dissolve, they also stimulate collagen production, helping maintain natural-looking volume even after the filler has been absorbed.
  • Q. I have had rhinoplasty. Can I receive nose filler or Super Mijuko?
    Toxnfill If you have previously undergone rhinoplasty, these treatments may be difficult to perform. Scar tissue formed inside the skin after surgery can make the procedure more challenging and increase the risk of vascular complications, so it is generally not recommended. However, eligibility can only be determined after an in-person consultation.

Precautions

Self-care is as significant as skincare for treatment effects.
Please read through cautions closely and follow them.

  • You can wash your face and apply makeup 2-3 hours after the procedure.
    Please remove the Duoderm attached to the treated area after 48 hours.
  • Please take your prescribed medication consistently for 3 days to prevent inflammation and reduce pain. If you have a history of allergies to antibiotics or any other medications, please be sure to inform us.
  • It is recommended to avoid heavy drinking, sauna/jjimjilbang visits, hot baths for 3-7 days after the procedure.
  • Bruising, swelling, pain, or a foreign body sensation may occur, but these usually subside within 1-2 weeks. However, if pain worsens after taking the prescribed medication, or if you experience persistent skin discoloration, blistering at the treatment site, itching, or warmth, please contact the clinic and visit.
  • Please be careful not to compress the treated area for 2-3 weeks as there may be changes in shape due to external pressure.
  • In rare cases, depending on skin condition, threads may come out to the surface of the treated area. If this occurs, please avoid touching them with your hands and visit the clinic for proper treatment. For any other discomfort or concerns, please contact the clinic.
