Precautions
Self-care is as significant as skincare for treatment effects. Please read through cautions closely and follow them.

- It is recommended to avoid heavy drinking, sauna/jjimjilbang visits, hot baths, and intense exercise for 3-7 days after the procedure.
- After the procedure, bruising, swelling, mild pain, and redness may occur, but these are temporary and will subside within a few days.
- Please use moisturizers and regenerative creams frequently to keep your skin from drying out, and be sure to apply sunscreen when going outside.
- With Thermage, collagen remodeling occurs gradually over 1-2 months after treatment, and a follow-up session is usually recommended every year.
